Our Trip Planning Fees are based on location and length of travel and cover the logistics of the trip, and land arrangements including hotels, trains, transfers, and scheduled activities.
Concierge services, such as local restaurant reservations, tour guides, suggestions of self-guided activities during your leisure time, theater tickets, and other concierge services are also included.

I work directly with my supplier partners to deliver the best accommodations, experiences and services at the best value. I will never provide the least expensive price but what I put together will be an incredible value that will be an amazing trip.
The majority of the time I won't be able to break out proposed pricing, as even I don't have access to some of the confidential, contracted rates that my partners have with local suppliers.

I am not able to book reservations using points or rewards. If you wish to do so, please let me know, since it may impact your itinerary. You'll be responsible for making these arrangements on your own with guidance from me. I won't be able to secure VIP amenities when points or credit card rewards are used. I am happy for you to use points to secure airfare however.

As much as we’d love to, we haven’t traveled everywhere quite yet. It’s possible that we’ve not traveled to your dream destination.
When this happens, we work with travel partners all over the world with on-the-ground experience in that area to create a custom itinerary for your vacation.

Where I bring the most value for clients are planning a trip start to finish with all hotels, tours, drivers, guides, etc - full concierge level service. This allows me to craft a seamless and stress-free travel experience, whereas I cannot provide that same level of service by booking only a few components of the trip.

The most convenient option for your documents will be my completely electronic itineraries.
These e-documents can be accessed on your smartphone at all times on your trip and share with loved ones who want to know your itinerary as well.
When the time comes, I will send you instructions on how to utilize them to the fullest. I strive to send all final travel documents and wrap-up information 2 weeks prior to travel.

While I do not book Airbnb or VRBO specifically, the good news is that I work with partners all over the world who provide fabulous villas, houses & apartments.
